You’ve Been Carrying This Long Enough

Online psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief and the patterns that keep repeating.

People come to therapy for different reasons. Some arrive carrying anxiety that has become so familiar it feels like personality. Others are navigating grief, or the aftermath of experiences that still feel present even when they're technically in the past. Some are frustrated by the same dynamics showing up again and again — in relationships, in their responses, in the way they feel about themselves — despite genuine self-awareness and effort. And some simply know that something is off, even if they can't yet name it.

What these experiences often share is a kind of distance — from your own feelings, your own needs, or a clear sense of what you actually want. Closing that distance isn't about becoming someone different. It's about developing a more reliable relationship with yourself — one that holds up under pressure, in close relationships, and in the moments that matter most. One that doesn't require constant tending, justification, or proof that you belong. The goal isn't to work hard enough to finally deserve ease. It's to recognize that you always did.

In therapy, we make space for your experience without rushing to fix it. Together, we slow things down, explore what's been shaping your responses and your relationships, and practice new ways of engaging — so that over time, your life feels more grounded, more authentic, and more genuinely yours.

I offer online psychotherapy to adults across Tennessee — including areas where access to quality mental health care is limited.
