What You Can Expect

The Process

  1. Free 15-minute call to get to know each other

  2. Weekly or biweekly 50-minute sessions (in-person or virtual)

  3. Ongoing support, tools, and feedback

Fees & Payment

  • Virtual/Online Appointments: $155 per session (insurance accepted)

  • In-Person Appointments: $175 per session (Insurance not accepted)

  • Sessions available Monday–Friday
